The Downtown V.I.B.E. award, which stands for Visionary Innovators in Building Excellence, recognizes local leaders and champions who have contributed to the enrichment of Downtown Sacramento. The award will be presented at the DSP’s annual State of Downtown breakfast. The winner will also be nominated as one of California Forward’s “Forward Thinkers.”
